N-Kinetic Cold is the other top coat in Rex's lineup. While this product works pretty much whenever it is below freezing, it is at its best in very cold conditions. In single digit temperatures, this wax has tested really well, beating fluorinated waxes in many cases. N-Kinetic Cold will perform best when thin layers are used and it sets for at least an hour before brushing out with a nylon brush.
